We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website and its courses. You should be able to:

• zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
• navigate the site and courses using just a keyboard
• use the courses with a screen reader, including tests and exercises
• use the site on a phone, tablet or computer

Known issues

Some interactive exercises, such as reordering a list, are easier with a mouse or touch screen, though all can be completed with a keyboard. Printing certificates depends on your browser's print-to-PDF feature.

Our approach

We design to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. As a private training provider we aren't covered by the public sector accessibility regulations, but we follow the same standard because our learners work in the public sector.
